1. Eligible applicant should:
a. Be a Ghanaian citizen by birth.
b. Be of good character.
c. Be not less than 20 years and not more than
25 years by 20th April, 2015 for Regular
Commission and not more than 35 years by 15th
April, 2015 for Short Service Commission.
d. Be medically fit by Ghana Armed Forces
standard.
e. Be not bonded.
f. Be not married (for Regular Officer
Candidates only).
g. Be of minimum height of 1.68m (5` 6“) for
males and 1.57m (5` 2“) for females.
For military police only; the minimum height for
male applicants should be 1.75m (5`9“) and
1.70m (5`7“) for females.
h. Must have the following:
(1) BECE.Must have six (6) passes at BECE
including English and Mathematics.
(2) Six credits. (Not less than C6) including Core
English , Core Mathematics and Core Science at
WASSCE .
Or
(3) Six credits. (Not less than D) including Core
English , Core Mathematics and Core Science at
SSSCE .
Or
(4) Five credits. (Not less than 6) including
English , Mathematics and Science at GCE ‘O’
Level and not less than D in three subjects at

never wished me well will yet feel bad,
my pictures will be used on facebook,
BBM, WhatsAp, Twitter, there will be
thousands of comments on them from
people that know me and from people
that really wished they came in contact
with me. There will be no more status
updates,no more broadcast, tweets will
not be changing again... You will call my
phone and I will never pick up. Drop
thousands of texts that will be unread,
then there will no longer be me. If you
loved me, how will you feel that day? If
you hated me, how will you feel? If I had
beg for bread, you had enough yet
turned me down, tell me, how you gonna
feel? Most importantly if we had
unsettled dispute, what would you be
crying for? Looking at the happenings in
the world, I think we should live right
and be right, love, care, pray, support
one another as much as we can. We all
got no duplicate and please make peace
always. Because you never know when

Son: Toy Story. (Robot slaps son again!). Ok, it was a porn movie.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO ?

A woman tells her husband that she is going to visit her sick mum in the village.
She goes on Friday and returns on Sunday, with plenty of fruits and food stuff, saying they are from her mum to the husband and the children. The husband gently asks her about her mother's health and how she was doing, to which she replies that she took her to the hospital in the village and she is recovering and getting better. The wife adds that her mother insisted that she must re-visit the village in a few days, to spend at least a week with her. "I'm worried about Mama" the wife crooned, with tears swelling in her eyes. "She'll be fine, dear." Hubby lovingly replied. The husband then politely asks her to take the items to the kitchen. As she enters, she meets her mother preparing food in the kitchen. Apparently, her mum came visiting since the Friday that she left home. You can imagine the plight of this woman. stuck, shocked, dazed and dumbfounded at the kitchen door! whether to go in and drop the items 'from mama', or return to her hubby in the living

ALONE WITH MY STEP BROTHER

The following day, my mum and her husband finally left the house. They travelled for their honeymoon. I started trying my boyfriend’s phone number but it wasn’t reachable, I was expecting him that day but it wasn’t reachable not until later in the day. I talked to him one he promised to come the next day that he can’t make itthat day anymore. I felt bad cos I was already horny, I already made proper planning but he said he was gonna come the next day sha. Daniel’s girlfriend too also promised to come the next day. I slept alone in the house that day, Daniel went clubbing cos it was on fridayThe next finally came, I was so anxious about Festus arrival, I was already anticipating. As the days passed the children started to complain about the spoiled smell that started coming from these potatoes. Also some students who had many potatoes complained that it was very heavy to carry them all around. The children got rid of this assignment after a week, when it got over. The teacher asked, “How did you feel in this one week?” The children discussed their problems about the smell and weight. Then the teacher said, “This situation is very similar to what you carry in your heart when you don’t like some people. This ill-feeling makes your heart unhealthy and you carry that hatred in your heart everywhere you go. If you can’t bear the smell of spoiled potatoes for a week, imagine the impact on your heart of this ill-feeling that you carry throughout your life.” Our heart is a beautiful garden that needs a regular cleaning of unwanted weeds. Forgive those who have not behaved with you as expected and forget the bad things. This also makes room available for storing good things ! The kidneys take care of the urination
process in our bodies by filtering body
waste and excess of water. So, one
might say they are pretty important.
But, despite being such an important
component of our body, many of us do
not care properly for them and millions of
people die each year from kidney disease.
Many of us have habits that can harm
our kidneys. Here is a list of some
habits to avoid for healthy kidneys:
1. Drinking inadequate water
The biggest contributor to kidney
damage is not drinking enough water.
The main job of our kidneys is to drain
metabolic waste from the body and
regulate erythrocyte balances. So,
when we’re not properly hydrated,
the renal blood flow decreases, ultimately
resulting in accumulation of toxins in the blood.
2. Long-term full bladder
A habit many of us have is delaying
the call of nature. Many complications
in the urinary tract may arise, when
leaving the bladder full of urine for an
extended time. Hypertrophy of
detrusor musclemay lead to formation
of diverticula. Hydronephrosis, an
increase of urine pressure in kidneys
is another example which is caused by
chronic back pressure on kidneys,
ultimately resulting in renal failure and even the
need for dialysis.
3. Consuming too much sodium
Another function of our kidneys is
metabolizing the sodium we consume.
The salt we eat is the prime source of
sodium and the majority of our
sodium intake needs to be excreted.
So, eating excessive amounts of salt
keep the kidneys busy (excreting
sodium), which may cause long term
stress on our kidneys.
4. Consumption of too much caffeine
When we’re thirsty, we often choose
beverages other than water such as
soft drinks and sodas. Many of these
beverages contain caffeine. Caffeine
can elevate blood pressure, and high
blood pressure puts strain on the
kidneys which can damage them.
5. Pain-killer abuse
Taking pain-killers for low-grade pain
is a bad habit many people have. This
is a dangerous habit, because most
pain-killers have severe side effects
and can damage different organs, such
as kidneys. According to several researches,
taking pain pills in the long term reduces blood
flow and deteriorates kidneys’ function.
6. Too much protein
Over-consuming red meat and other
protein-rich foods can deteriorate the
condition of damaged kidneys. A
protein-rich diet is essentially healthy
unless you suffer from kidney damage
and your doctor recommends a
protein-restricted diet. Too much
protein increases the metabolic load on our
kidneys.
7. Too much alcohol consumption
Excessive alcoholic intake is a kidney-
damaging habit. This is because,
alcohol contains toxins which put
stress on our kidneys and can damage
them.
8. Smoking
According to the CDC, smoking is bad
for almost every organ of the body,
including the kidneys. According to
several studies, there is a connection
between smoking and kidney disease.
9. Ignoring colds and flu
Ignoring the common cold and flu is a
bad habit that can cause kidney damage. Several
studies have shown that people who have kidney
disease also have a history of avoiding resting
while sick.
10. Sleeplessness
While sleeping, a process of renewal of
organ tissues occurs. So, when you
don’t get enough sleep, it interrupts
the renewal process, resulting in
damage to the kidneys and other
organs.

A 24-year old boy looking out through a train's window shouted, Dad, look, "the trees are going behind; they are moving very fast" his Dad simply stared at him with so much joy and smiled! A young couple seated nearby looked at the 24-year old and thought to themselves, he's so grown up but so childish, he must have a mental disorder for his father not to be bothered. Suddenly the young man exclaimed again; Dad, look, "the clouds are running with us" the couple could not resist and said to the old man, why don't you take your son to a good doctor may be a psychiatrist? The old man smiled and said I just did. We are just coming from a doctor but not a psychiatrist ; we are just coming from the hospital. My son was blind from birth. He just got his sight today for the very first time, his behavior may seem stupid to you, it's more than a miracle to me. The young couple just sat down there, lost for words with a mixture of tears and shame in their eyes.. Everybody on earth has a story; don't judge people so fast or jump into conclusion about their private affairs; you don't know where they are coming from or what they have to deal with. The truth behind their story might surprise you. Take it easy with others, even if you have a perfect life.

While a man was polishing his new car,

his 6 yr old son picked up a stone and scratched lines o n the side of the car.

In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times; not realizing he was using a wrench.

At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures.

When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?

The man was so hurt and speechless;

he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times.

Devastated by his own actions AND sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches;

the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'.

The next day that man committed suicide.

...Anger and Love have no limits;

choose the latter to have a beautiful, lovely life.

THINGS ARE TO BE USED and PEOPLE ARE TO BE LOVED.

But the problem in today's world is that;

PEOPLE ARE USED AND THINGS ARE LOVED

Who's around you

Couldn't stop myself from forwarding this.... Excellent message ....

A bus full of passengers was traveling while suddenly the weather changed and there was a huge downpour and lightening all around.

They could see that the lightening would appear to come towards the bus and then go elsewhere.

After 2 or 3 horrible instances of being saved from lightening, the driver stopped the bus about fifty feet away from a tree and said "we have somebody in the bus whose death is a certainty today. Because of that person everybody else will also get killed today. Now listen carefully what I am saying... I want each person to come out of bus one by one and touch the tree trunk and come back. Whom so ever death is certain will get caught up by the lightening and will die and everybody else will be saved".

They had to force the first person to go and touch the tree and come back. He reluctantly got down from the bus and went and touched the tree.

His heart leaped with joy when nothing happened and he was still alive.

This continued for the rest of the passengers who were all relieved when they touched the tree and nothing happened.

When the last passenger's turn came, everybody looked at him with accusing eyes.

That passenger was very afraid and reluctant since he was the only one left.
Everybody forced him to get down and go and touch the tree.

With a 100% fear of death in mind, the last passenger walked to the tree and touched it.

There was a huge sound of thunder and the lightening came down and hit the bus - yes the lightening hit the bus, and killed each and every passenger inside the bus.

It was because of the presence of this last passenger that, earlier, the entire bus was safe and the lightening could not strike the bus.

LIFE'S LEARNING from this...

At times, we try to take credit for our present achievements, but this could also be because of a person right next to us.

Look around you, probably someone is there around you, in the form of your parents, spouse, children or siblings, etc, who are saving you from harm!

Think About it... You will surely find that Person.
